Text Easy provides a WhatsApp marketing service, including expertly designed WhatsApp flows. By purchasing our service, you agree to use it in compliance with WhatsApp’s terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for the content of your WhatsApp messages and campaigns. Text Easy is not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp’s terms of service or any legal issues arising from your use of the service.
Our WhatsApp marketing service is offered for a one-time fee of £995. This fee includes the design and implementation of WhatsApp flows as described on our website. There are no monthly subscriptions or recurring charges.
Text Easy reserves the right to modify the pricing of its services at any time. However, any changes will not affect customers who have already purchased the service at the previous price.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Text Easy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold Text Easy harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Text Easy reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
